Accreditations & Documentation

As an electrical engineering company we hold the following accreditations, which we renew on a yearly basis where required.

We maintain a fully updated health and safety policy which all employees are trained in during their inductions and risk assessments in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

We have yearly audits by our external Health & Safety advisor Gillian Scarborough.

I have been working with CJ Connally EES for the last three years and have supported the Company with Health and Safety advice during that time. I have always found them to be receptive of feedback and open to suggestions for improvement. It is clear that they value their employees very highly and want to work hard to keep them safe whilst at the same time providing a quality service for customers.

The Company have made significant steps forward over the last year with respect to employee training and have ensured that all employees have received training for asbestos awareness and working at height training. This has meant that achieving nationally recognised health and safety standards (CHAS and Safe Contractor) has been much easier.
It can sometimes be difficult to balance the requirements of customers, employers and employees but CJ Connally EES are doing this by improving their standards and working together to ensure that the work is completed in a timely and safe manner.

TRAINING AND PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

We recognise the importance of keeping ahead in a changing industry and so actively encourage training among our employees.
All employees are issued with personal protective equipment to enable them to carry out their jobs safely. Our employees are fully aware of their responsibilities and potential risks and are instructed to use their personal protective equipment in line with legislation, company policy and risk assessment reviews.
