Robins & Day Car Showroom, Birmingham

This project involved full mechanical and electrical design, supply and installation for the refurbishment of the car showroom.

Mechanical works include:

 Mechanical design and drawings, strip out of existing redundant mechanical services, hot and cold-water services, mechanical heat recovery unit installation, supply and extract mechanical ventilation, VRF comfort cooling, supply, installation and connection of sanitaryware, gas pipework, radiant panel installation, thermal insulation, testing and commissioning.

Electrical works include:

Electrical design and drawings, strip out of existing redundant electrical services, mains distribution, showroom and workshop lighting, power requirements and floor box installation, containment, mechanical supplies and electrical doors, telephone and data wiring, TV installation, CCTV and security alarm, external signage supplies, earthing and bonding.

Capital Buildings, Liverpool

This project involved mechanical and electrical design and installation in Liverpool as apart of a major redevelopment to a prestigious office building. It is the largest office building in Liverpool and 410,000 sq. ft.

Electrical works include:

Electrical design and drawings, strip out redundant electrical services, sub-mains distribution, metering, earthing, lighting and emergency lighting, power and underfloor busbar, fire alarm installation, IT and data, access control, containment, testing, commissioning and certification.   

Mechanical works include:

Mechanical design and drawings, pre-commissioning checks, strip out of redundant mechanical services, above ground drainage, hot and cold water services, fan coil unit installation, heating pipework, chilled pipework, mechanical ventilation, supply, installation and connection of sanitary ware, BMS control panel and wiring, thermal insulation, testing and commissioning of all above systems c/w certification.

Capitol Park, Barnsley

This project involved full mechanical and electrical design, supply and installation for 15 new industrial units in Barnsley.

Electrical works include: 

Electrical design and drawings, LV distribution, containment, small power installation, earthing and bonding, internal lighting, external lighting, CCTV, fire alarm, data, hand dryer, vehicle charging points, lightening protection, testing and commissioning.  

Mechanical works include:

Mechanical design and drawings, above ground drainage, incoming gas and water services, mechanical extract systems, gas fired boilers and radiator heating systems, supply installation and connection of sanitary ware, gas pipework, thermal insulation, testing and commissioning of all above systems.

Polyseam Factory Extension, Huddersfield

This project involved full mechanical and electrical design, supply and installation for the factory extension.

Electrical works included: 

Electrical design & drawings, containment, sub mains & distribution, earthing, lighting & emergency lighting, small power & suspended busbar system, fire alarm & security, testing, commissioning and certification.​ 

Mechanical works included: 

Mechanical design & drawings, new gas main to serve production area, testing, commissioning and certification.  

New Premier Inn, Scarborough 

This project involved full mechanical and electrical design, supply and installation for the refurbishment of the car showroom.

Electrical works included: 

Electrical design & drawings, incoming electrical supply & main panel, sub-mains distribution, landlord lighting & power, bedroom lighting & power, fire & disabled refuge, mechanical service wiring, earthing, bonding & lightning protection, external lighting, TV wiring, inspection & testing, O&M manual and PV installation. 

Mechanical works included: 

Mechanical design & drawings, above ground drainage, incoming gas & water services, air source heat pump, hot & cold-water services, mechanical ventilation. VRF comfort cooling, supply, installation and connection of sanitary ware, plantroom works, BMS control panel and wiring, gas pipework, thermal insulation and testing & commissioning on all the above systems. 

Magic Rock Brewery, Huddersfield

Magic Rock Brewery is located across from our head office in Huddersfield. 

Works included

Lighting installation in brewhouse, cold store & externally, small power installation in 
brewhouse & cold store, containment and PAT Testing.

Electrical works included:

Electrical design and drawings, mains and sub distribution, general lighting and small power, external lighting, emergency lighting central battery system, fire alarm, door access and security, data and fibre network, earthing and bonding, lightning protection and specialist equipment supplies.

Mechanical works included:

Gas distribution pipework, gas fired unit heaters, destratification fans, supply & extract ventilation systems, BMS controls system, air conditioning and thermal / Acoustic insulation.

Jaguar Land Rover Car Showroom

This project involved full mechanical and electrical design, supply and installation for the refurbishment of a car showroom in Bradford.

Electrical works include:

Electrical design & drawings, mains & sub distribution including metering, full showroom workshop, valet bay and back of house lighting, fire alarm, disabled refuge, small power, external building, car park signage & lighting, earthing & bonding, IRS TV distribution system, lighting protection and electric vehicle charging points. 

Mechanical works include:

Mechanical design & drawings, domestic water services, mechanical heat recovery installation, mechanical ventilation, VRF comfort cooling, installation and connection of sanitaryware, gas installation, LPHW installation, BMS, thermal insulation and testing & commissioning.
